We begin our investigation request by asking for specific
documentation and records for each account in order to find
violations that can justify why the item must be removed

Our Processing Department is also available by phone, email, and portal support, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, if you ever have any questions about credit or your file.

Yes! As part of our committed to providing the best service and results in the credit repair industry, if there are no changes to the items we dispute within 180 days of service.
You will have access to our online Client Portal, which is secured with 256-bit encryption, where you'll be able to track and monitor the progress of your credit scores, as well as see which items are in dispute, repaired, or deleted. Your Client Portal also gives you access to our list of recommended credit-building products, all designed to boost your scores and strengthen your credit file. You will also be able to securely upload your bureau, creditor, and collection agency responses directly in your portal.
